Exactly this. I tried to explain it as mentally being able to see your destination but when you go to walk towards it it’s like wading through some invisible thick mud. Even tackling the first simple steps to get there can be absolutely exhausting.

Have it printed and framed. That deserves top billing in any downstairs loo.

Ugh I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve had psoriasis since I was about 5 years old and this time of year is always the worst time for it for me.
