The last wings I air fried chicken for Korean fried chicken. The next batch, I didn't wear my chain mail gloves and cut my hand severely, nearly severing my little finger. (I could still end up having it amputated.) I have mastered the breading and sauce, though.

TVP Crunchy Quesadilla. Flour tortillas, corn tortillas, TVP reconstituted with homemade enchilada sauce and homemade taco seasoning (no salt!) and, because, baby steps, real cojita and a Mexican cheese blend. Yummy!
