USAID public servants lost our careers, pensions, and healthcare. Some lost their homes. Some lost their children’s tuition. Some colleagues died by suicide. Now we learn our Social Security numbers were stolen and exposed too.
It’s unlikely we’d know if individual military members are refusing orders they perceive to be immoral or unlawful, but it’s clear this admin has generated enough confusion and purged enough senior leaders that military loyalty to the Constitution first is in jeopardy.
