That's fair 😂 it's King Arthur's golden milk loaf, from their big book of bread. It uses coconut milk (liquid and dry, unsure where to find dry coconut milk so I used regular dry milk) so it could actually be made vegan pretty easily if you substituted the one egg for an egg replacement.
