I have been cleaning out and digitizing an old filing cabinet at my office. Re-discovered some historic political ephemera I picked up while doing field research on redistricting back in the 2000s. This led to a book that discussed mid-decade redistricting that occurred in the 1990s.

LaMalfa's district was set to change in the new Prop 50 map for the 2026 elections, but a special election will be held in the old redistricting commission map to replace LaMalfa.
