Both definitely vary a lot, depending on the variety and how they're prepared. But on average, coffee is higher than tea. Espresso doesn't have more caffeine than regular coffee either, contrary to popular belief!

Watching public health officials, who initially did a great job where I live, suddenly flip the messaging in March '22 to "return to normal", stating info that was demonstrably false. They still refuse to accept airborne transmission. They're either really unskilled at their jobs, or lying.
I did fill out the survey, but I've heard that implementation is going ahead in the fall regardless. So not sure why they're collecting input if the decision is made.

This is not a time when we need less social studies. It's ridiculous to look around at the current state of the world and think we want people to have less knowledge about history, politics, economics, our place in the world.

At least one of the dentists there wears N95 all of the time, and the hygienists will if you ask. HEPA units in each fully-enclosed room, decent CO2 readings, very willing to work with people.

And I can give a great dentist recommendation! (It took a while to find one.)
