Random Controlled Trials (RCTs) are not the right method for any project looking at oracy or creativity. I don't think we can use 'attainment' as a measure.
What methods will the EEF need to consider and what will be 'measured'?
Yes I manage the delivery of some of our degrees in colleges and have just closed our PGCE post compulsory
