No gantu
Currently mourning my desire to see the stitch movie because gantu isnβt in it πππ
Whatβs the hype all about here, gotta perform an audit.
The middle is Raleigh, donβt look at the map just book the flights.
When they take away our second place mat we donβt have much of a choice π
CCS payout to top 32 makes me so happy. Having only a few x-2βs reach money while dozens donβt really sucked.
π’βͺοΈ Maui - overrated
π’π£ levers - underrated
Lady - correcrly rated
Sounds clean
Letβs go, love to see it.
Was your cipher a success? I looked for about 10 minutes before realizing Iβve never studied codes like that and gave up.
Took me a few days to get over that info too, hope thatβs all rectified by next worlds.
Hope you can get at least one event in you before the end of the season.
Checking back in over here, howβs my lorcana crowd doing.
Lost in finals of LCQ, lost 4/5 dierolls π€π€π€

Early morning powered by βThe Cocktailβ (credit @leebarbs.bsky.social) and Iβm ready to DOMINATE today.
People out with by just existing, seeing communities where you are comfortable exploring at this level of competition (and succeeding) is very dope.
And thatβs absolutely something that is pretty easily relatable for most people in some form or another. For better or worse I have just forgotten about that feeling since Iβve been doing this for so long so itβs nice to hear different perspectives.
This is something that I hope L2L is helping
I like the conclusion to this, at least from my perspective the times where Iβve been the most competitive and still enjoyed what I was doing was when I was competing with the main goal of improvement rather than proving something.
Regardless Iβm glad you seem to be enjoying the game!
Yeah it was compared to how I think the average young boy would feel wanting to get into cheer and that made a ton of sense.
Stuff like this helps me relate to people and Iβd like to be able to relate to everyone Iβm around if possible.
Iβd love for that to be the norm at some point. May I ask how the progress on that is going? Has that motivation itself kept as strong the longer it goes since you experienced that persons (extremely dumb and ignorant) take?
1. Yes, I like to learn about others and their experiences so I can look at the world through others eyes.
2. Iβd love to be part of change even though I understand that a large change isnβt realistic, I try to offer as much as I can to help but that wasnβt my original intent.
Yeah I may have been a bit too broad in the subject manner. Are there any small steps you would like to see apart from calling out those who would say things like that for one reason or another?
May I ask for an experience of yours recent or not where you may have had the desire to be competitive? If so then what kind of barriers did you find/what did you see that was lacking from that activity? If not then what are your feelings towards potentially being competitive in the future?
That makes a ton of sense! In terms of that barrier eventually being broken down, what kind of things do you want to see/hear/experience? Is this community based? Tournament structure?
Regarding that specific competition mindset. Do you think that systemic separation forced young girls to not explore that mindset or was there something else that was in the way as well?
Iβm interested in the experiences rather than how it works. If Iβve worded the original question poorly I apologize Iβm interested in competitive nature in general and want to get all types of perspectives including those who have experienced systemic issues that may have stunted that nature.
Do you remember becoming aware of this at any point in your early life or was this more of looking back on it kind of thing? I think the closest thing to this that I was explicitly aware of at that age was the βboys will be boysβ thing that pretty much was used to describe a ton of behaviors.
Mindset and why it may skew male generally?
