I really should add, forecasts Thursday night will have good data as well. My target is usually 60 hours from the start of the snowfall.

I think I’m developing a very good system using AI and deterministic models. The AI models, and their ensembles, have shown better trends all winter, and don’t get the huge shifts from run to run.

Yes, a snow storm is possible in Minnesota, even the Twin Cities, Saturday night into Sunday.

However, usable forecasts (amount, locations) will start to come out Friday. Anything earlier is closer to a guess/wishcasting/clickbait.

Any national news post about space phenomena comes off as this.
