I love valve and I love steam, and it's not the worst loss ($17) but I am nonetheless disappointed that I was not refunded for a product that straight up no longer works on my os. I did my best to explain that I bought the game to play on the steam deck but it is what it is there.

I literally just found out yesterday that vf5 on steam got fucking roofied (back in november) with EAC that ALSO fucking requires TPM 2.0 which ruins the linux compatibility.

So I went and requested a refund and steam denied me unfortunately. One thing's for sure, I am NOT buying vf6 on pc.

Typically I find that as soon as I rank up high enough, rank stops being fun because I run into some fucken hoes where if I:

-Win: Quit match 1 to preserve points
-Lose: Quit match 1 because I'm not worth their time

Doesn't seem to matter but GETTING FT2 is sadly not normal at higher ranks.

Moreover, your rank points DON'T MATTER, they never have and never will.

If I remember this right, there was a point in time when arturo sanchez (barf I know) was really high ranked on sf5 and it gave him an ego trip so bizarre he traveled to Japan thinking he'd blow them up, got owned instead.

THANK YOU, I've been shouting for a while that ranked isn't a good way to gauge where you really are in your game's competitive world.

It's still good competition if the other player gives you the FT2 win or lose (aka not being a lil bitch) & MU exp, but it doesn't prepare you for the actual scene.
