I've been on that quest for a while. Currently using Mull + DuckDuckGo + Mega.nz + YouTube Revanced to escape and/or bypass the Google ecosystem... There are many alternatives that don't require swapping your vanilla OS.

Em 2016-17 fomos pra Brasilia lutar contra a PEC 55 (do teto de gastos da Saúde e Educação). Fomos simplesmente massacrados. Quantidade absurda de policiais. Fomos perseguidos por umas 8h, no mínimo. Vários amigos detidos. Teve até cidadão pagando de herói e atirando em manifestante... Um horror.

I disable the limiter and turn down the master fader before rendering, to ensure I get "raw" files. I leave the limiter for the mastering. I only do this for my own music, however. I like quiet non limited pre-masters! During production I use limiters only for the busses, pretty much.
Pretty much only when rendering "pre-masters" and I want to avoid clipping.
I have absolutely zero interest for productivism in music.
I don't care if you can finish a track in a single day. I don't care if you release a half-assed EP every month.
I only care about passion and taking my time to do art.
