This makes me think of late summers growing up when my family would pick blueberries along the railroad tracks. My grandmother would make tasty pies and we'd freeze the leftovers for use later in the year. I always loved the mixed colours of the berries.

This must be a very tiny dragon. I'm down to just two of these cards and then I think I'm done with this series. It's certainly been satisfying. 3.75 z 2.5 on paint sample card. Paint sample is called Laurel Tree.

"Small Wonders: Mouse Darner" Turned out I had another card of Back to School. The mouse markings are based on a blue darner dragonfly. Love those guys! 3.75 x 2.5 acrylic, coloured pencil and liquid acrylic on paint sample card.

Small Wonders: Starrry Betta"

Paper colour is Aqua fresco. Been busy a way for a couple days and some things that needed dealing with around the house and such. Darn real life for getting in the way of painting. But back to my small wonders series. 3.5 x 2.75 acrylic and acrylic markers on paint colour sample card.

"Small Wonders: Fire Bellied Toad" I love fire bellied toads so this was a ton of fun to paint. The colour sample is Lunar Sea. 3.75 x 2/5 avcrylic, acrylic marker and coloured pencil on paint sample card.

"Poppy Unicorn"Poppies are such beautiful flowers and so much fun to paint. These flower horses make me think of carousel horses,. I just love how the red poppies pop! 11 x14 acrylic, coloured pencil and liquid acrylic on tan toned paper.
