As a GenX kid, we believed an AIDS diagnosis was a death sentence. (I didn't know about HIV) I was just talking to my husband about how HIV is just a chronic illness now. Not even that for some people. Now I know this doesn't apply in impoverished areas but I believe it will in my lifetime ❤️

I work for large state-run organization. We were all but ordered to dissolve our DEI office. "Minorities" are the majority in my city. There was nothing we could do.
I'm meeting w/ a new therapist tomorrow b/c I can't seem to handle anything these days. Besides all of my normal bipolar 2 crap, I am so angry all of the time. I've never had anger issues. Started fights w/ my husband. All but called my coworker a bully to my boss. It's too much.
