I don't understand what you are saying. I am making a simple observation that volcanoes or hurricanes do not have consciousness, people do, and that makes a difference when it comes to modeling natural phenomena.

I am saying that history is not a random variable with a well defined probability distribution and when using a probability distribution to make inference we should be careful about making claims about it being predictive.

There's another part of introductory stats that usually gets ignored because it's boring and repetitive and it is the idea that the variable under study is being sampled randomly and independently. Nothing in history is independent of what preceded it.
