The only thing I know to deal with this specifically is “don’t let anyone distract you or rush you” but obviously uhhh: lol, lmao, good luck

The biggest problem I have living with undiagnosed audhd is I never was taught any sort of “coping mechanisms.” For example if I get asked to do something while I’m in the middle of something else I will forget what I was doing originally. I misplace/forget my things a loooot because of this
