Today, while Donald Trump dined at Windsor castle, thousands of us turned out to reject a politics of hatred, division and fear.
We had a message to him and our own government: stop appeasing the far-right, stop arming Israel, and start promoting peace and equality instead.
The Trump authoritarian crackdown builds on the assault on individuals and organisations opposing Israel's genocide.
That crackdown began under the Democrats.
Yet many "centrists" stayed silent, or actively cheered it on. You paved the way for what happens now.
The British people should take note.
It was a "Labour" government which used anti-terror legislation to mass arrest often elderly activists for holding placards opposing genocide.
If Nigel Farage becomes prime minister, he can simply take this authoritarianism to the next level
Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) is one of the biggest cons created by Tories, expanded by Labour.
For every £1 of private investment in public assets govt repays £6, resulting in higher debt/taxes.
Cheaper for govt to borrow or it can create money
But govt is reviving PFI. Must change policy.
4.5 million children are living in poverty. Our climate is burning. Palestinians are being erased in a genocide.
