If the Iran war leads to more terrorism targeting the US and Israel, it will be used as an argument to justify further war. As opposed to proof that these wars lead to worse outcomes.

Thinking this does not translate into support for a war, though. The fact that war is so strongly and commonly supported as the solution to "existential" problems Israel faces is what's notable.
