Thoughts on Renee being timely with the midfield subs at 55 mins? It seems she’s gotten her timing right and has been spot on recently when it comes to making impactful substitutions.

Let’s face it, without coffee nobody would get out of bed
i don’t trust people who aren’t overly caffeinated and don’t use “fuck” as a sentence enhancer.

I just announced that I am leaving Meta. Here is my note: As I mark my 30th year as an attorney and nearly three decades of advocating for civil rights, I've decided it's time for me to embark on my next professional adventure. My journey at this Company has been an incredible chapter in my life, and I'm grateful that Mark and Sheryl gave me this opportunity. I was drawn to this Company because of its vast reach and potential to make a meaningful impact on the lives of billions. I wanted to be part of an effort that would bring about positive change, particularly for those who have been marginalized, oppressed and silenced. The opportunity to contribute to creating a more just and equitable world, even in a small way, has been a driving force for me. I must acknowledge the complexity and challenges of our work. Building for everyone, listening to everyone, and meeting the needs and expectations of our global community is pretty much impossible. Yet, it's been an honor to work alongside so many diverse, talented, dedicated and passionate people. It would take too much time and space to name all of those who I enjoyed working with, so forgive me for not even trying. I'm especially grateful for the Civil Rights Team whose tireless efforts, deep insight and unwavering optimism have inspired me every day. As team members continue their work in different orgs across the Company, I encourage you to seek them out and leverage their expertise.

I'll be here until the end of March, and then I'll be moving on to my next adventure. I'm excited to see where my journey takes me and how I can continue to make a positive impact. Thank you for being extraordinary friends and colleagues. With heartfelt appreciation and best wishes, Roy
BREAKING: Roy Austin, Meta’s Vice President of Civil Rights and Deputy General Counsel, just announced his resignation and posted a note on LinkedIn.
Roy is a former Obama DOJ colleague; although his announcement note is very civil the timing doesn’t seem coincidental.
