Don't get me wrong, it would be funny if he was dumb enough to post so openly on 4chan but it seemed a bit off. Some others pointed out the "Admin Portal" Twitter screencap going around did appear shopped, but even thinking someone would commit that hard to a LARP was hard to believe.
So we can see the tripcode being used, !AshKOb5.II, is unsecured due to the single exclamation mark. This means anyone can post under this trip as long as you know the password (which the poster included, and several people started posting with that same trip after this).
For those who are unaware, the difference between a regular and secure tripcode is a regular one can be reverse engineered fairly easily. This has been known for a long time. Here is a snippet from 4chan's FAQ about tripcodes:
