New from @nature.com: A team led by MSK breast medical oncologist Dr. Pedram Razavi found that tumors with germline #BRCA2 mutations or homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) are more likely to develop RB1 loss during treatment with CDK4/6 inhibitors, leading to therapeutic resistance.
