In Brazil 🇧🇷, just 10 companies control 37% of ALL higher education. In China 🇨🇳, students pay three times more for degrees that lead to fewer jobs. In Kazakhstan 🇰🇿, private institutions went from illegal to educating over 50% of all students in just 30 years.

Private colleges and universities now educate 1 of 3 students globally. In some countries, they're educating 80% of all students.

The majority aren't fancy elite institutions, but a diverse mix of non-elite providers.
