Whatever we create is a starting point.
Congress will need to refine it into something airtight and legally sound.

A note on AI use:
Some folks have raised fair concerns. Very valid, and we anticipated that. Here's our thinking:

➡️ There’s real urgency.
➡️ We don't have legal writing expertise.
➡️ AI is a tool that helps us move faster but it is not the driver.

This project isn’t about partisan or petty claims.
We’re committed to avoiding anything that could set a precedent for frivolous impeachments.

A note on the articles we've shared so far:
They’re just ideas, not official positions. Meant to start a conversation, not to be the final word. Like any good brainstorm, there are no dumb ideas. But rest assured:
We’ll narrow things down to the most egregious, clear-cut high crimes & misdemeanors.

One thing we do have in common with Congress is that we take weekends and are only in session a few hours a week.

Though we still feel confident about our ability to make quick work on this effort.

Such a great post explaining why we should be impeaching Trump here and now. And again, and again, and again. Don’t normalize his behavior just because “there is no enough votes”. Stick to the principle and the constitution, he definitely deserves being impeached and convicted.
