MTB scale difficulties selection screen showing grade 0 to 5

Prerelease with a lot of fixes and improvements is out. And a big new feature: Overlays can not be enabled and disabled like quests. A new #MTB scale overlay is now available, but disabled by default, as it requires "domain expert knowledge".

After being worked on for nearly a year a new overlay for MTB difficulties for paths is now ready to be shipped in the next major release of SC. It will be disabled by default, as it requires expert knowledge.
