Amazing. They did Laboon’s story justice. I’ll need time to sit on it, but I may end up liking this more than the OG version. But granted, they have *so much* hindsight to place as much importance on this arc than it was given in the anime.

3. One Piece (Netflix) Season 1 (rewatch) - 8.5/10

I still adore how this turned out. Love the ways in which it keeps the spirit of One Piece, whilst also doing its own thing (with that only sometimes being a detriment).

Hot take: OPLA Baratie is better than manga/anime Baratie.
