I started this fantastic tattoo in December of last year. So happy I finally finished it! This took two sittings. Current day rate for arms, and legs is six hundred doll hairs. The other thing is to use steam. When I boiled water to sanitize the neti pot I would use the steam to relieve my sinuses.
I tried a neti pot for the first time. It really helped. Make sure that even if you use distilled water I would still boil it for at least five minutes. That and you just need plain salt, do not use table salt that is iodized.
I had a wild sinus infection this winter that was giving me huge ear problems, and was constantly bringing on chest congestion.
