Don't deprive yourself of too much either otherwise you'll crave and binge. I've fallen into this trap.

Calories in Vs calories out Axe. Bread can bump those calories up through the roof especially if you're having it with a spread of some variety. Could be worth using a calorie counting app like Nutracheck or Myfitnesspal? It'll help you get a good balance of protein, carbs and fats too.

What a horrible shame about the Union Street fire. Such a beautiful building. Only a couple of years ago I was sat in this funky coffee shop on my birthday weekend and now it's gone.
