Eight years ago, Galal El-Behairy, once called “the poet of Egyptian universities” was arrested for writing the satirical song “Balaha,” which went viral for its clever lyrics mocking Egypt’s president Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

He is still detained today. Share his poetry to show he is not forgotten.
