This feels more official. :)

I feel like most times we play like we have 10.5 players.
Actually, just did a count. I had two on another channel, first one was March 2nd. Minus all the test streams and streams that were two parts because of the tech, I'm actually at 544. So I'll count down to 600, which should happen some time in Oct if I don't miss any.
I just checked and I'm coming up on 7 years of doing LEGO livestreams. Something like 560ish streams over that time. That's more than a 1000 hours building sets and designing my own models. It's been a lot for sure.

As an Avs fan, I would not buy a Kraken bracelet. π
Solid album.
I'm so excited. We're flying in from the states for a 2 week vacation right about then. I hope we can catch a show.
A small gray LEGO flying vehicle resembling a dragonfly on a white background. There is a minifigure pilot with a tan cape holding a small white knife.
Part 63 in what will be a long running series of microfighters I feel LEGO should be doing, I give you an Ornithopter from Dune. LEGO has made a full set of this and it's one of the better sets of the last few years. The new movie's version of this is wonderfully grounded and well designed.
Good morning, Austin. March 18th, TexLUG will be at the SXSW Emerging Tech Expo. We'll be there the 16-18, but that Wednesday is open to the public. Come meet local AFOLs, ask questions, play with LEGO, and maybe get an autograph from a LEGO Masters contestant.

Hey Austin, March 21st, TexLUG will be at Austin Beerworks. Come say hi to some AFOLs, chat about LEGO, build with some playbricks, check out some custom models, have some beer. It'll be a hoot.

Schilling for my kids. My youngest has an opportunity to study abroad for a couple weeks this summer, he just has to pay for travel. Parents are going to help, of course, but he's working a couple jobs to pay for it himself. He's also started a GoFundMe for any donations.

Since Bluesky doesn't do polls yet, help me pick the next LEGO microfighter to design.

I guess I could tag @taskmaster.tv and see if anyone responds.
Oh no. Are the UK Taskmaster playlists acting weird? It looks like all the episodes are missing. I had a weird glitch where clicking on Playlist sent me to Channel 4's page. I wonder if they're moving them.
Computer render of a small, white and red lego spaceship on a gray background. The ship has a pilot wearing an olive green flight suit and helmet, and holding a blaster.
Pretty jazzed about how this came together. If you missed the livestream, figuring out all these techniques is a lot of fun. Now the hard part is getting a decent Kara Thrace minifigure. I can probably kitbash it but if anyone knows one from a decent customizer let me know.
Before anyone @s me with it, yes I've seen the Iran LEGO AI video.
Ugh, this time change was brutal. Hope y'all survived. And I hope to see you in the chat in about 30 minutes. πππ
Yeah that was weird just to watch it in silence. Nothing but the roar, the crowd and the buzz of the drones.
I like that. It could almost be like two old people playing in a park.
It's one of those things where I want to show the conversation, but being in IT and having seen wireshark logs, it's just lines of queries and results. But if I did "Hey you, Program 1, what's up?" That'd be really out of sorts. It's also from a popular game so I'm trying to find how they did it.
Can I use that?
Next writing challenge: Depict two near sentient computer programs talking to each other, one trying to get info from the other, without it being completely boring. Difficulty: Can't use current networking or modern OS/programming languages.
I was out of college already when Amazon was just a fledgling online book seller.
Not sure we needed more forwards, and I never though Kadri was a PP specialist. I think Roy as a 4th line center is a better move.
Planning early. Should be rainy here in Austin this weekend. If you've got bad weather, curl up with a warm coffee and some LEGO designing. Hope to see you Sunday at 10am central, after combating the time change.
