I look forward to the HoS any% run
Tastes of rosewater and probably watermelon. Consistency of nougat but not sticky at all.

As the lokum (lokums? loki?) were segregated by colour, and I didn't trust myself to arrange for a pick from the windowside display shelf, I had to decide on a flavour, and upon some introspection settled for the violet. My eyes β or the shop's lighting conditions β failed me however, and I got red.
The locale, neither quaint nor humble, did impress with its large (however, partially supermarket-grade) sortiment and varied product categories, such as (Indian-origin) incense sticks. The lokum were but a side-show, relegated to a single ankle-height shelf not quite near the cashier, in such boxes
In lieu of a better means of communication!
This assortment of Turkish Delight (Lokum), in German called "Turkish honey", I acquired at the DEM-KUR BAHARAT KURUYEMΔ°Ε confectionary shop in Demre, the town built upon the ancient city of Myra, housing the original St. Nicholas Church. 1/n

Incomprehensible even to me & maybe not much to talk about, I nevertheless find that these over time foster a subcons. dimensionality to how one engages & experiences such media. Plus, in the absence of deep stringent analyses, they capture best what I feel games like BP are artistically 'going for'
A "genre" of articles I'd in this regard recommend for personal reading are pieces of continental phil. offering very impressionistic & viscerally compelling analyses of the, as it were, "urban experience", like this one: flore.unifi.it/handle/2158/...
