Je constate que le protocole thérapeutique pour le Covid long et l'EM est malheureusement très peu répandu dans les pays francophones. Il repose sur un consensus international d'experts, classe de preuve 2. J'ai classé les approches thérapeutiques existantes en fonction de leur analyse risques-bénéfices en trois catégories : traitement de base, traitement des symptômes spécifiques et intensification du traitement. The German neurological Society has published a statement regarding ME in July 2025. They discuss the methodological problems regarding ME and stress that there are no validated bio markers and no curative treatments. I compare this to the statement of the American Academy of neurology, which emphasizes that this is an organic illness and there is an inflammation of the central nervous system.

Statistik der Patient Organisationen, dass in der Schweiz 25 % aller Long Covid oder ME betroffenen eine leichte bis mittelschwere und 14 % eine mittelschwere bis schwere irreversible Verschlechterung durch die Begutachtung erlitten haben

Betreffend Begutachtung Long Covid und ME/CFS 🚨 Gleichbehandlung bedeutet, dass jede Krankheit gemäss aktueller wissenschaftlicher Evidenz und gemäss Bundesgesetz über Invalidenversicherung Art. 7a* begutachtet wird.  Wenn  ➡️ ~ 99% aller Gutachten bei Long Covid und ME DAS limitierende Symptom Post-exertional Malaise (welches, wie der Name schon sagt, eben erst NACH Überlastung auftritt!) überhaupt nicht explorieren, ➡️ der grösste Teil sagt, wenn es keine pathologischen Befunde gibt, ist es psychosomatisch, und  ➡️ 39% der Exploranden durch die Begutachtung (!) eine irreversible Verschlechterung erleiden, ist Gleichbehandlung mit anderen Krankheiten nicht gegeben.  * Bundesgesetz über Invalidenversicherung Art. 7a  Als zumutbar gilt jede Massnahme, die der Eingliederung der versicherten Person dient; ausgenommen sind Massnahmen, die ihrem Gesundheitszustand nicht angemessen sind.

Wenn
