Annie Jump Cannon (Half the inspiration for my Pen Name) was an early American Astronomer at the Harvard Observatory. She contributed towards the 1st serious effort to organize and classify stars based on their temperatures and spectral types, still in use today!

Since December ive added 6000 words to my scifi romance manuscript and now with the polish i am hovering at 90k. I cannot allow it to go any higher.
Any one else like to track word count during the revision stage? The last few months Ive been adding & sharpening those new Dev edits & cleaning up while fighting to keep the word count at 90k. Its a bit like tug of war now.

We got a telescope for Christmas, and here is my first attempt to photograph the moon. Obviously, there is a learning curve.🌖🔭
But at least we figured out the finderscope was not aligned. 😅

What if it is a dual point of view?
Would it feel weird/jarring to a reader if their choice of words/descriptions were very different (rough mc vs a more poetic minded mc?)
My struggle right now is what comes after intimacy- how does it change the characters going forward?
I feel there is a lot to consider 🤔

Rewatched some Star Trek tonight.
Still wild how a show about warp drives and weird nebulae ends up teaching the cleanest lessons about being human.
