Last Night Story

Finished Netflix One Piece S2 and its a step up from S1. I expect most people to enjoy it, but its a weird experience to me. Every element, emotional beat and highlight is worse than in the anime/manga, but its also fine enough, to not be terrible. All in all, could be worse, could be better.

Journal with Witch was great, and Seihantai and Medalist were especially strong this week. Another great weekend for anime.

Honestly though, I can understand the choices you have made. Howl is kind of a confusing movie in many ways (although it doesnt stop me from loving it). Whisper of the Heart is the kind of movie that hits even harder when you watched it when you were Shizuku's age, so it gets bonus points from me.

I guess the difference is that everything Toriyama does feels like it was decided a chapter ago
