I'm one of those guys driving into cville, would be nice not to but it's either a 15-20 minute drive or 1.5 hours by bike. I'd be first in line to buy a pass if someone built a monorail that runs to North Garden 5x/day but sadly there really isn't a better option than a car for most folks

Definitely! And, if nothing else, at least I no longer get repeated requests asking me to help marketing dunces compare different spreadsheets because they can't grasp the concept behind an extremely basic vlookup formula
Software biz = worst biz (doubly true if SaaS). I left a few years ago to work in local gov, I make way less money and am immeasurably happier these days. Happy for you!

Changing from "stress out about Phish onsale because I NEED to see them 10x this summer" to "catch a show every other year if it's not too far of a drive and tickets fall into my lap" has been one of the best parts about getting older. Or at least, it beats the colonoscopy.
