We were sad to hear of the death of Dame Stella Rimington, MI5's first female director general.
Dame Stella visited Life in 2022 and shared stories from her life and career with a captivated audience.

New immersive dome show launches Saturday 🌍🌌
Life: The Greatest Story takes you from Earth’s oceans to outer space in a 360° search for life.
Narrated by Doctor Who's Alex Kingston and included with your science centre ticket.
This week, we’ve hit the road with 3,000 children across Newcastle’s West End, delivering hands-on sessions about weather in space.
It marks a decade-long partnership with West End Schools' Trust, bringing science to life for pupils in underserved communities.
