In this piece, I experimented with being very loose with my lineart and coloring, even going as far as not erasing the sketch layer and allowing some parts of it to remain visible. Additionally, I tried different ways of rendering the piece, such as using blurring and overlay tools to make colors pop or look as if they were "bleeding" out of the lineart's boundaries.

I am a little sad that I didn't draw as much this year, only really picking up steam around the last few months... but, one of my resolutions for the new year is to draw and post a lot more!

- think it's very cute, and I'm glad I could convey a little story with all the breadbugs and such. Lastly, the Eevee art in December just holds a ton of sentimental value due to it marking 11 years of using PokΓ©mon Art Academy for art, and I'm proud of all the effort I put into the piece too.

Out of all my pieces, I think my top 3 favorites are September's, November's, and December's, in no particular order. The Luna I drew in September really captures everything I want to convey with my persona. It's the most "Luna" Luna, so to say! I'm really happy with my Thanksgiving art and -
