Last time I tried it out it was practically unusable (for me). Abandoned it and moved on and forgot about it entirely until recently.
Maybe it was still early in the versions and/or my system at the time was too weak but I'm really to put it through the paces 💪

The most effective strategy I have against it is keeping a folder of any good feedback/reviews/kudos about the work I do. Its great to have a collection of external feedback to counter the annoying little doubts that pop up when times aren’t the greatest 💪
