Our private school is a High School affiliated with a theology but not run by a church. After 8th grade, students in our faith go to a faith-based high school but are still members of their home congregation.
Right. I pay taxes and I pay for both of my kids to go to a Christian private school on top of that. That’s my choice.
It started in New York City in the early 1990s with expansion to Washington, D.C. and Milwaukee in the late 1990s coined as “Charter Schools.” Their programs include providing breakfast and lunch. Also would stay open later to provide a safe place to study if it’s hard to do at home.
