Not to mention it gives me a headache trying to decipher names of some of the Finnish players from how they are pronounced. Featuring "Lammikko" as "Le Miku" "Pyyhtiä" as "Putia" etc. I don't expect much, but not ignoring half the letters would be a good start
This wasn't even the first time it seamlessly swaps to something else during intermission and I've only watched a few games. It can't be a mis click as stream description was still "IIHF FIN-CAN" despite showing something totally different
Subscribed to Premiersports to watch the big spring ice hockey games. It's incredible how it manages to swap to totally unrelated streams during intermissions. I just missed 5 mins of FIN-CAN game because I didn't realise la liga stuff wasn't some random break filler but totally different stream.
Interestingly enough if I disable HDR I can't really see the ghosting anymore. Maybe something just bugs in that override

First time trying to enable the new dlss mode, and it's not exactly impressive in AC shadows. All the ghosting gets very distracting
I watched a video of small Japanese kei cars, and naturally my stupid brain decided to modify old song lyrics and torture me with it for the whole day. "You sir, I want to take you to a kei car, I want to take you to a kei car"..
It's so strange how in Finland I would stuff my face with sweets, but here I eat nothing sugary as none of it has any of that childhood appeal

Whoa, UK Lidl is selling Tyrkish Pebers atm. Naturally I bought everything my local store had, but hard to see how this would successful in general. So far I haven't met anyone in UK who would like ammonium chloride (salmiakki). Maybe they are counting for one Finn for each store to empty it out?
Having a power cut does the same off/on cycle. Which is what I discovered today at 4am. So yeah.
My upstairs light bulbs are smart ones which fade in when it's time to wake up. If you manually turn them off and on from the switch you get full brightness instead of the programmed setting so you can just manually turn them on as needed.
I just love how windows randomly decides to move some programs out of my main monitor when power saving puts it to sleep. My 2nd screen is oled tv which is turned off unless gaming/testing, and thus I need to find tv remote to get those windows back and usable again
Not to mention houses have no insulation, cars have no winter tyres, and you are some sort of Jesus if you can walk on (frozen) water
As a Finn living in UK it never ceases to amaze how clueless people are about sub-zero temperatures. In Finland if you sent your primary school child to school wearing short skirt/shorts with exposed legs you'd probably be dealing with social services but here it's just .. normal
It's only called nanny state if you are in Europe, otherwise it's just bad floating point math
