Muscles much bigger, fibres moderately larger, many more but possibly smaller myofibrils & 34% more fibres in trained biceps brachii muscles. Results beg the question, isnature or nuture responsible for the extra fibres?

Seated leg curl caused more muscle growth than nordic hamstring exercise.
