Art of my OC Trapezes. First ref is his current look (done back in 2025) and the second one (with his younger version) was made two days ago.
An idea is that Martin's soul got stuck in Akatosh statue after the events of the Oblivion, instead of ascending. Martin witnesses all what happened before the events of Skyrim. Here Septim's spirit tries to comfort dying altmer who ran to the statue to seek protection from Akatosh during the attack of the Aldmeri Dominion on the Imperial City/ Unfortunately the elf has died already and Martin is completely powerless.
