I don't think having a diplomat from Country A attempt to explain to citizens of Country B that Country C has actually been at war with Country B for nearly five decades really works.

It's so bad that we've reached a point where members of Congress casually discuss stripping citizenship from and deporting people because they don't like their views.

I think there would be downside consequences to rendering unlivable a country of 80 million people.
the solution isn't "fewer taxes on everyone but the rich" it's "more taxes for everyone but BIG TIME AND ESPECIALLY the rich." This way rich people pay their share but everyone is paying into systems that have the funding to benefit them! It's really simple! Even a guy named Cory can understand it!
Telling my editor that the draft is very complete, pretty much.
Will no one rid me of this meddlesome ayatollah?
Just to corroborate: Speaker Johnson hasn't responded to me about this, either.
Seems like a no-go, stuff Trump sees on TV nonetheless bsky.app/profile/sahi...
Here's some of the video -- note that Presler is literally reading specific Senate office phone numbers on-air for viewers to call, and host Rachel Campos-Duffy (wife of Trump transportation secretary Sean Duffy) says Presler should "get some sort of Presidential Medal of Freedom."
Fox screengrab
Trump post
Yesterday, Trump responded to a Scott Presler interview on F&F in which Presler urged viewers to tell R senators to demand the talking filibuster by a) praising Presler b) saying he won't sign any bill before SAVE Act.

Right, Trump, 8:22 a.m.
So how about it, Mr. Chairman? Why not launch a probe to find out whether Foxβs editing issue was βinadvertent,β as they claim β or, as certainly seems possible given the networkβs record, βan intentional effort to mislead the American peopleβ?

The old footage of Trump at a dignified transfer ceremony didn't just air on Fox News -- it aired on local Fox affiliates that are regulated by the FCC. attn: Brendan Carr. www.mediamatters.org/fox-news/sho...
"You can just solve every problem with brute force" -- dumb guy who has never in his life had to do that bsky.app/profile/mmfa...
The president just said that he is not going to sign anything -- presumably including a DHS funding bill -- until and unless a different piece of legislation he wants is passed.
Love this for them.
Here's the Karoline Leavitt interview people are talking about.
Maria Bartiromo asks if Trump might send ground troops into Iran, because "mothers are worried" about a draft. Leavitt replies that ground troops aren't in the current plan, but Trump won't rule them out. No mention of the draft.
Sending love to you all, may his memory be a blessing.
They would have crucified Obama if he wore a ball cap under these circumstances.
Dance-off at the gym?
Fox News went nuts when Obama saluted service members while holding a cup of coffee, their reaction to something like this would register on the Richter Scale.
Iβm sorry, doing this in a baseball cap sold by your campaign store is deliberately disrespecting the dead.
The grimmest Fox screengrab imaginable: A segment about a White House roundtable on college sports with a bug featuring a State Department phone number that Americans can call if the president's war of choice has them stranded in the Middle East
I almost can't believe this is real: www.war.gov/News/Release...
fuck you
We're at war in Iran, the president is already talking about another war with Cuba, and the White House and secretary of state are spending their time doing a roundtable on Name, Image, and Likeness rights in college sports?
Gonna start a second war to distract people from the first one.
Mission Accomplished. www.mediamatters.org/fox-news/lau...
