2) Elected officials rewrite rules in donors' favor
3) Donors make huge profit
4) Repeat
We must get big money out of politics. Itβs the root of all evil in Washington.

Glad this was vetoed. We agree this bill injected politics into a function of government that should remain nonpartisan. Governor Katie Hobbs vetoed SB1439, which would have created a special βTurning Pointβ license plate and directed $17 of the $25 fee to Turning Point USA.
