So this is me gently reminding myself it’s okay to not always be happy. It’s okay to go through hardships and struggles without always keeping a smile on my face. It’s okay to ask for help and to accept it openly. It’s okay to hurt.

And it’s equally okay to find joy again. And to hope. 🩷

Accountability post time. I have a history of isolating when I’m struggling emotionally but I don’t want to do that anymore. Especially not now that I have so many amazing people in my life who love me and who I can trust with all of me, even the dark parts.
