Now that I have the number 30 on my back it‘s officially a compliment when I have to show my ID to buy beer ;)
I‘m a full-time freelancer now but I used to work in healthcare, so you could say that I‘m ex-hausted. 🌚
That is to say there‘s other things to critique but the reviews are flooded with just this point and I hate when reviews focus on just one detail. Review the whole thing please
When I see films get bad reviews I see it as a call to go watch it myself and see if I agree.
After watching the film and reading reviews, I feel like „I hate Gal Gadot“ is not a justified reason to hate on the whole film. When I take a step back I can definitely say there‘s a lot worse out there.
Maybe it‘s just because I actually have a working attention span or sth…
I stopped watching short form content during covid and it did wonders to my brain I think.
I‘ve read some reviews that BNW wasnt able to stick to one plot and villain etc. No idea what that means, pretty straight forward.
MI on the other hand cramped every cliché into every scene with hectic adhd editing. There‘s so much that could‘ve been cut.
You know… I‘ve been obsessed with films since I was little. I‘ve watched way too many movies that people havent heard of… so you would think I had some kind of taste or understanding of what a good film is…
and then I look at reviews.
Ngl I think Brave new World was better than Mission Impossible.

Have also worked on a little brush stroke Geometry Nodes setup… it‘s pretty basic. No simulation for velocity or anything… just good 'ol vector math.

Learning Maya… didn’t know there were so many actually useful tools in there.
Don‘t get me wrong, I understand why we learned Blender in uni but if you dig deep enough there‘s order to the mess.
