2024 French law enforcement briefing on "Sovereign Citizens". Concludes:
The threat posed by "sovereign citizens" in France remains minor compared to that of the jihadist movement, which remains the most significant terrorist risk on national soil.

The Cult Queen of Canada | Full Podcast - YouTube
In the rural prairie town of Richmound, Saskatchewan (population 120), an abandoned school becomes the unlikely stage for a 21st-century crisis. When Romana ...
The CBC has released a six-part 3.5 hour podcast series on HRM Didulo's activities in Richmound, Saskatchewan.

Frankly, I didn't find much useful. If you're familiar with HRM Didulo's sage you will largely encounter a tail of village politics.

Earlier "intercepting" pseudolaw users has better outcomes. For example, reject their documents for filing. The Alberta Court of King's Bench has just such a procedure, see Appendix D of this court judgment: canlii.ca/t/k7qsl
Ends something like 95% of pseudolaw activities. Pretty effective.

How should Australia handle βsovereign citizensβ clogging the courts? A former magistrate explains
So-called βsovereign citizensβ are using nonsense legal arguments to tie up court systems. Here are some ideas about how to deal with it.
Front-line court staff and other government officials have useful observations on managing pseudolaw types.
David Heilpern, a now former Magistrate, explains how pseudolaw users create delay and disruption for court processes, even as they always fail:

The information response instructions at pages 15-21 are very interesting, and I'd say nicely composed and explained.

Simon Goldberg and Empower the People: selling US tax fraud
Simon Goldberg and Empower the People sell a β1099-OIDβ scheme where hundreds of Britons file fabricated US tax refund claims. Read the investigation.
Dan Neidle's Tax Policy Group has published an excellent review of "Empower the People", a UK-based tax fraud scheme that uses US 1099-OID forms to (sometimes) trigger fraudulent Internal Revenue Service refunds.
Highest recommendation. A must read.

For me writing and music are linked. Inextricably.
I've spent decades drafting and editing enveloped in pounding, aggressive, enraged, hopeless music. Music to accompany a joyous artillery barrage.
That might leak through into what I write. Maybe.
And I miss dancing until my feet bleed.

What these ideas do is "activate" them. Empower them.
Usually that means litigation or other dispute processes, since pseudolaw is a "war of paper".
But when someone loses in the war of paper, and persists to engage vigilante steps? That's the red line, in my opinion.

In my opinion very different. Which is one of the neatest things about studying the topic.
It appears the pseudolaw memetic pathogen is highly adaptable. Or, framed another way, it has a very broad host range.
When I talk to threat assessors, what I stress is these ideas don't change people.

How do you in a judgment say "dude said really nasty stuff" without quoting it?
"I note that I have cited the least offensive of the statements and threats made by [litigant] in those emails."
Very slick solution. Tip of the hat to Justice Little!

I also giggle when I see that the "expert" has posed their own publication(s) front cover first in the line of sight.
And yes, I sometimes rush up to the TV to scrutinize titles.
So, what does that make me, having a wall of pseudolaw texts behind me? Well, a very cranky collector, that's for sure.

I have an odd obsession. When a talking head appears on TV in their home office, I scrutinize the wall of books that is usually behind them.
Call me judgmental, but I can't really take an "expert" seriously when I find their library organization is by book colour.
Or size.

They eat children. Or adrenochrome extracted from children. Whatever.
HRM Didulo didn't make this up. The source is UK football commentator David Icke, who was instrumental in popularizing the X-Files-like world of improvisationalist millennialism, a kind of super-conspiracy approach to the world.

More seriously, while it's tempting to conclude this announcement demonstrates HRM is nuts, it's very much playing to her target community. "Reptilians" are supposedly shape-shifting aliens who disguise themselves as humans & occupy key entertainment, political, & structural positions.

But there's fun in the footnotes.
Footnote 4 provides online video view volumes. Poland and Canada have similar populations, but Poland has 10-100 fold views.
Footnote 37 questions whether Russian disinformation is involved. There were rumours of that in the US, year ago.
It's not impossible.
