Seems not to. My wife is quite prone to sickness and she’s fine with it. Trick is that all the action is in front of you which keeps your attention away from your peripheral vision. and there’s no acceleration or deceleration so you don’t feel the fluid in your ears should be sloshing about.
So much fun working on all the different enemy types in my game. Here’s a few I lined up in sequence to show off.
