This is a picture of Yamato (ONE PIECE). This Yamato is based off the outfit he is wearing in ONE PIECE Magazine Volume 16 by the illustrator Suawasayaka. (Please correct me if I am wrong. I will attach the image below this tweet.) The right hand, bigger Yamato is showing an expression of disdain while he walks towards the audience. He is holding a big bat-like weapon. The little Yamato to the left of him is in the same outfit, but smiling while enacting hitting the star. This is accompanied by the text "WOOSH" "WOOSH" WOOSH" above this portion of the piece to indicate the sound that the bat swing is making while fanning out as it gets farther from the bat. Above the text is the male symbol, just an accessory to fill up space.
