Netanyahu has spent the better part of two decades trying to strong arm the United States into an unprovoked war against Iran and finally found a president stupid enough to do it for him. Unbelievable.
And so the United States goes to war with Iran without so much as a by your leave to the American people.
No statement, other than on social media; no notice to Congress; no serious deliberation.
This is the stuff of autocrats. Disgraceful.

Just got word from my college roommate - who is the state archivist for the state of South Dakota - that due to the DOGE shutdowns of IMLS, they can no longer fund InterLibrary Loan in SD.

Jews may be inside the circle of concern today, but that circle is always shrinking, and Jews will ultimately not determine who it includes.
Sobering historic fact: The anti-communist McCarran-Walter Act that Rubio is using to deport students in the name of antisemitism was written by an antisemite, and in practice, used to block European Jews from entering the US. Such tools can be used on any immigrant group for any reason.
