Not to mention that fiscal conservatism becomes a huge priority when there is a D administration. Thatβs what they see in the numbers I strongly suspect. Hard to see how they donβt mention it if they are seriously studying the issue as opposed to other purposes.

I rejected the same paper 3 time and it appeared still very wrong and unchanged in JACS. I gave lots of constructive advice that was ignored. They fell up β¬οΈ was disappointing. People who publish like that mostly skate and are successful in my experience.

Feel free to reach out I do this on a very busy professor life. Itβs pretty straight forward but itβs also easy to waste a lot of effort.I use a band system (X3) itβs inexpensive and can travel with it. Itβs very low injury as you age this is critical. Follow Peter Attia is a strong recommend.
David - spent a lot of time over the past decade figuring this stuff out. I do 15 minutes or stretching and resistance every morning and some pull ups. Do supplements but really itβs protein thatβs critical. See my pinned post for a recent experiment thatβs shows i maintain muscle even on a diet.

Maintenance of muscle mass is a huge problem for almost all men and women as they age and leads to injury and even poor maintenance of things like blood sugar. 8/n
And it is nice to know I could use a low dose in the future if I struggle. And a word of caution if you donβt do resistance training religiously and eat protein you will lose a lot of muscle and that can put you in a worse spot health wise than the fat depending on your particulars. 7/n
Uploading the below thread photos into pro Gemini also figured out my protocol from the data. Brave new world indeed. Its analysis was excellent btw just giving it the photos posted here. When prompted Gemini also offered a thoughtful protocol as I withdraw from trizepatide. 6/n
I got a dexa scan for body composition before I started and used the Hume scale daily ( it is a conductivity body composition scale ) and while it is noisy daily the weekly averages are good. It overestimated my body fat percent by 2-3% compared to dexa at the start. So next is the 7 week data. 5/n
I had nausea on the intermediate dose not horrible but unpleasant but also made not eating much at all completely easy. I had an experience with being able to not fight being a glutton for the first time in my life. Very illuminating. 4/n
However, even on 7 day water fasting I did not with daily resistance so i was hopeful. The results are stunning. Gemini calls me a hyper responder and indeed I can barely tolerate 5 mg doses and I donβt think I ate a full meal in 8 weeks certainly not on the intermediate dose. 3/n
I decided to try trizepatide for 2 months at low and intermediate doses. Recognizing that it can deplete muscle πͺπ½ I was careful to eat high quality protein bars and I do daily resistance training mornings. Many people lose a lot of muscle on trizepatide. 2/n
My experience with trizepatide:
I was stuck for -over 5 years at higher body fat than Iβd like and it would not budge. I continued to add muscle but even after 7 day water fasts or a month of indulgence I would go back to about 25% body fat. 1/n
