Friggin rockin 🤘hmmm, I see two paths (lol, IYKYK). If it was just an effect, it could be a slightly delayed echo. If it's sound design and manual, it could be a manual layering of the same audio but at different levels (I once did a crazy mix of 8 convos for a jump scare SFX with a similar idea)
